Shipping FAQs

How quickly will my order ship?

Digital products should be delivered to you immediately on the purchase "Thank You" page and should appear in your email inbox within a few minutes.

Physical products are shipped within 1- 4 business days of placing your order.  We are a very small business and while we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to 4 business days to process your order so we greatly appreciate your patience! Certain products (like our jewelry) are hand made for each order and may take up to 10 business days before they're shipped out, but we're confident you'll feel it was worth the wait! :) 

Actual shipping time varies depending on what method of shipping you selected during the checkout process.  Most domestic orders come with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment and estimated arrival date.

What if I don't get my order?

For Digital Products:

If you don't see your digital purchase within 24 hours, please first check your spam folder to make sure it didn't accidentally get delivered there. If you're still unable to locate your order then please contact us at support@taylordavisviolin.com and we'll get you taken care of. 

For Physical Merchandise:

It's rare but sometimes packages are lost in the mail. If you placed an order for physical merchandise and haven't received it within 5 days of the "Expected Delivery Date" shown in your tracking information, please contact us at support@taylordavisviolin.com to report a lost package and we'll help you from there.
